Nam jim taleh thai spicy sauce for seafood recipe details
Ingredients
10 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
10 small | green Thai chillies (prik kee noo), chopped |
2 tbsp | coriander leaves, chopped |
60 ml | fish sauce |
60 ml | lime juice |
1 tbsp | brown sugar |
Instructions
In a mortar, pound garlic and chillies into a paste. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar, stir very well until the sugar is dissolved. The taste should be rich, sour, spicy and a little bit sweet.This sauce can be served with all kinds of BBQ seafood.
