My girls chili recipe details
I whipped this up from the hip and my girls (wife and 3 daughters) said it was the best chili they ever ate. Made it for friends and they said the same. Hope you agree.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 3 pounds beef
- 46 ounces tomato juice
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (10.74 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup Splenda(R) sweetener
- 2 medium onions (diced)
- 2 medium bell peppers (diced)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces grated cheese (your favorite)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Brown beef in a skillet. Drain
2. While beef is browning in a skillet, add all other ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil, then adjust heat to medium heat and cover, stirring occasionally. When beef is finished browning, add it to the sauce and cook, covered, on low for about 30-40 minutes
