This unusual concoction is a hit while entertaining friends during games or even parties.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 3 3oz packages of beef flavored ramen soup with seasoning packets
- 1 4oz can diced jalapenos, drained (not pickled)
- 3 1/2 oz bottled pico pica(R) hot sauce or any non vinegar based hot sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12.5 oz can chicken breast, drained and separated
- boiling water
- saltines
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. Before opening packages of ramen, break the noodles into small pieces.
2. Place broken ramen and seasoning packets into a heat proof mixing bowl. Pour in just enough boiling water into the bowl to cover the ramen. Cover and let set for 5 minutes.
3. Uncover ramen and stir. Place jalapenos, hot sauce, mayonnaise, and chicken into the bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
4. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
5. Serve on saltine crackers
