Ingredients
1 | chicken |
3 tbsp | hot mustard |
2 tbsp | Pesto |
2 tbsp | ketchup |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
½ bunch(es) | basil leaves, chopped |
2 stalk(s) | spring onion, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except the chicken together. If the chicken is very big you may add more olive oil. Wash the chicken and cut it open on the stomach side. Press it down lightly so it will be flat. Now smear the marinade all over the chicken and let marinate for an hour.Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes on each side. Serve hot or cold.
