350 g | mushrooms, sliced |
3 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper | |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 tsp | red chili sauce |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
4 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
chili powder | |
garlic powder | |
4 tbsp | crème fraîche |
1 | baguette, sliced |
Instructions
Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms and the garlic. Stir in the chili sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley and season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.Divide the mushrooms onto 4 plates. Add spoonfuls of the crème fraîche and serve with fresh baguette.
