Mushrooms in brandy recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | mushrooms, washed, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped or crushed |
1 small | onion, chopped |
fresh lemon juice | |
4 tbsp | brandy |
200 ml | double cream |
fresh chervil, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes over low heat.Add the mushrooms, a little lemon juice and salt and pepper. Cook gently until all the liquid has evaporated.
Add the brandy and the cream and cook gently until the mixture thickens.
Check the seasoning and serve. Sprinkle with chervil.
