Mushroom tart with black garlic recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | flour |
75 g | butter |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
3 tbsp | water |
4 | eggs |
400 g | mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced |
2 | onions, finely chopped |
125 g | crème fraîche |
3 clove(s) | black garlic, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Mix together the flour, butter, water, salt and 1 egg to a smooth dough. Form to a ball, wrap into cling film and place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.Preheat oven to 200°C.
Roll out the dough and transfer to a buttered round tart form.
Melt butter in a pan, add mushrooms, onions and black garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. In a bowl mix together the remaining eggs, crème fraîche, parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix with mushrooms.
Transfer mushroom mix into tart form and bake for 35 minutes.
