Ingredients

250 g flour
75 g butter
1 pinch(es) salt
3 tbsp water
4  eggs
400 g mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced
2  onions, finely chopped
125 g crème fraîche
3 clove(s) black garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix together the flour, butter, water, salt and 1 egg to a smooth dough. Form to a ball, wrap into cling film and place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Roll out the dough and transfer to a buttered round tart form.

Melt butter in a pan, add mushrooms, onions and black garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. In a bowl mix together the remaining eggs, crème fraîche, parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix with mushrooms.

Transfer mushroom mix into tart form and bake for 35 minutes.
