Mushroom sausage quiche recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 4 mushrooms, sliced and sauted
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine half and half, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl. Mix in sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, until quiche tests done.
