Erik and resa's pumpkin bread recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups cooked, canned pumpkin
- 1-1/2 cups pecans
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg/cinnamon
First beat sugar and eggs. Then add oil, water, pumpkin, and pecans. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Then add to pumpkin mix. Mix well. Fill loaf pan halfway and bake in a 350-degree oven for about an hour.
