Mushroom parmesan side dish recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | mushrooms |
150 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
115 g | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Sauté mushrooms with a bit of oil until slightly browned and softened.
PLace mushrooms in one layer into a baking medium baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and then the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
