50 g | lamb’s lettuce |
1 large | avocado, peeled, cubed |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced |
For the Dressing: | |
150 ml | olive oil |
10 ml | white vinegar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine the lettuce, mushrooms and cubed avocado.In a smaller bowl combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. Pour over salad and toss.
