Mousse de chocolate recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | semi sweet chocolate |
3 large | eggs |
250 g | whipping cream |
50 g | sugar |
Instructions
Break chocolate into small peaces, melt over boiling water.Beat whipping cream until stiff. Beat egg white until stiff and mix with sugar and egg yolk.
In a large bowl mix together whipped cream with the egg white and sugar-egg-yolk mix. Using a spoon mix in melted chocolate.
Cool for 4-5 hours.
