Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (7 ounce) halibut steaks
- Old Bay(R)seasoning
- 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 serrano chile pepper, minced
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Brush fish with 2 teaspoons olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay(R), to taste. Set on grill and close lid. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for about 4 more minutes until cooked through. Cover fish with foil.
3. Pulse remaining ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Serve over fish.
