Morning starter details
- Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cups granola (your favorite)
- 2 cups fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, or hulled and sliced strawberries) and/or other fruit such as bananas, peaches, or peeled and sliced mangoes
- 4 Tablespoons honey
Line up 4 parfait, white wine, or other tall glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt into each glass; smooth the surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons granola over the yogurt; smooth the surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of fruit over granola; smooth the surface. Repeat the process, adding a bit of honey here and there to taste.
