- Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup floured cut-up dried apricots
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
