Moon eggs recipe details
Moon Eggs are a long time family favorite, usually eaten for breakfast. A sweet, egg, milk, and flour, baked dish, eaten with powdered sugar and bacon bits. When cooked the batter rises up on the edges and looks like a crater. I’ve never found anything like this anywhere and receive odd looks whenever I ask anyone if they’ve had moon eggs.
