Ingredients

4  steaks
1 large tomato
40 ml Worcestershire sauce
50 ml peach chutney
50 ml water
1 large onions, chopped
75 ml tomato sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
50 g brown sugar
1 tsp Tobasco sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
some oil

Instructions

Braise onions in a large pan and add the garlic. Now add the remaining ingredients except the steaks; stir well and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Fry steaks in a separate pan to your liking. Pour monkey gland sauce over steaks and serve with rice.
