1 large | tomato |
40 ml | Worcestershire sauce |
50 ml | peach chutney |
50 ml | water |
1 large | onions, chopped |
75 ml | tomato sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
50 g | brown sugar |
1 tsp | Tobasco sauce |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
some | oil |
Instructions
Braise onions in a large pan and add the garlic. Now add the remaining ingredients except the steaks; stir well and simmer for about 15 minutes.Fry steaks in a separate pan to your liking. Pour monkey gland sauce over steaks and serve with rice.
