Mojo verde de cilantro recipe details
Ingredients
5 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tsp | sea salt, coarse |
1 tsp | cumin seeds, dry roasted |
1 small | red chilli, chopped |
1 bunch(es) | coriander, chopped |
1 | ripe avocado |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp | white wine, dry |
Instructions
Grind the garlic, salt, cumin and chilli in a mortar with pestle.Add coriander and process into a smooth paste. Mash avocado flesh with a fork.
Combine paste, avocado mash, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, wine and mix well.
Serve with fish or sea food.
