Ingredients
1 | lime |
60 ml | Cachaša |
2 tsp | cane sugar |
3 leaves | fresh mint |
crushed ice |
Instructions
Put four lime pieces in a tall glass and add 1 tsp cane sugar. Mash with a pestle. Cut leaves of mint in stripes and fill into glass. Mash with a pestle. Add remaining lime wedges and cane sugar and repeat procedure.Now fill glass with crushed ice and fill up with cachaša. Put a second glass on top and shake back and forth several times.
Remove second glass and garnish with a slice of lime and serve with a straw. Adjust sweetness to taste, if desired.
