Moist Orange Cake recipe

|200 g||ground almonds|
|15 tsp||bicarbonate of soda|
|1 tsp||cream of tartar|
Boil oranges for 2 hours, cool slightly and blend whole oranges to a pulp. Combine all remaining ingredients with the orange pulp, beating well.
Place in a buttered and floured cake tin. Bake at 150°C for 60-90 minutes, depending on the size of oranges and the softness of the dough. Check with a skewer if inside of cake is cooked!
