Mock whipped cream icing details
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Wiltonbutter flavoring
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla
- 1/4 cup white fudge base
- 1 Tablespoon Glaze stabilizer
- 1-1/2 cups Criscoshortening
- 1/2 cup water
Combine water, powdered sugar, stabilizer, flavorings and salt. Beat on high speed for 15 to 20 minutes. Add shortening and fudge base. Beat on medium speed for 12 minutes or until fluffy. Spread over favorite flavor cake.
