Ingredients
1 kg | raspberries |
480 ml | heavy cream |
150 g | sugar |
juice of half a lemon |
Instructions
In a blender or food processor puree raspberries. Add all other ingredients and mix for one minute to thoroughly dissolve the sugar.Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions to process the ice cream.
Store covered in the freezer.
