Mocha ganache recipe details
Ingredients
240 ml | whipping cream |
40 ml | freshly brewed coffee |
250 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Bring cream and coffee to a boil in small saucepan. Remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes.Place chocolate in medium bowl.
Reheat cream and strain over chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. It will thicken as it cools.
