Mixed vegetable wok recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | broccoli, in florets |
2 medium | turnip, peeled and sliced |
250 g | Chinese cabbage, slliced |
2 tsp | ginger, grated |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
salt and pepper | |
2 | green peppercorns |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
some | soy sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the ginger, peppercorns, broccoli, Chinese cabbage and turnip. Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry over low heat until tender.Season to taste with lemon juice and soy sauce and serve with rice.
