Ingredients

200 g broccoli, in florets
2 medium turnip, peeled and sliced
250 g Chinese cabbage, slliced
2 tsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp sesame oil
salt and pepper
2  green peppercorns
1 tbsp lemon juice
some soy sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, minced

Instructions

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the ginger, peppercorns, broccoli, Chinese cabbage and turnip. Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry over low heat until tender.

Season to taste with lemon juice and soy sauce and serve with rice.
