Minted fruit with yogurt dressing recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 6 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 2 Tablespoons snipped fresh mint
- 1 carton (8 ounces) plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 bananas, sliced
Combine oranges and mint. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
For dressing: Combine the yogurt, orange peel, orange juice, and honey. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Add the bananas to the dressing no more than one hour before serving. Serve the yogurt dressing atop oranges.
