Mint sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 tbsp | fresh mint leaves, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | boiling water |
1 tbsp | caster sugar |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
Put water into a small pan and bring to the boil. Stir the mint into the boiling water and gradually add the sugar and salt. Stir for a couple of minutes and then remove from heat.Leave to cool. When cold add the vinegar and mix well.
