Mint glaze recipe details
Ingredients
100 ml | vinegar, preferably white wine vinegar |
500 g | sugar |
70 g | fresh mint leaves |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Heat vinegar in a pan or pot over medium heat and stir in sugar. Cook until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is viscous. Note that the mixture will reduce rougly by half.Use a food processor to blend the mint leaves with this mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside to chill.
