70 ml | olive oil |
60 ml | mint sauce |
2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
½ tsp | salt |
1 pinch(es) | black pepper, freshly ground |
½ tsp | granulated sugar |
2 large | plum tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh mint, finely chopped |
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients except the tomatoes and mint. Stir until smooth. Add in tomatoes and mint. Mix well.Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
