|70 ml||olive oil|
|60 ml||mint sauce|
|2 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 pinch(es)||black pepper, freshly ground|
|½ tsp||granulated sugar|
|2 large||plum tomatoes, chopped|
|2 tbsp||fresh mint, finely chopped|
Whisk together all ingredients except the tomatoes and mint. Stir until smooth. Add in tomatoes and mint. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
