Ingredients
125 g | butter |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
Instructions
Stir the butter quickly with a wooden spoon to soften it. Season with flavouring and mix thoroughly.Shape the butter on a piece of foil into a roll, wrap it and freeze it.
Use within 2 weeks. Complements lamb and tunny.
