Ingredients
150 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
2 tbsp | minced ginger root |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
60 ml | wine vinegar |
80 ml | soy sauce |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.Marinate chicken pieces for one hour. Then use to brush on chicken during the cooking.
