Mint and coriander chutney recipe details
Ingredients
1 cup(s) | mint leaves, about 25g |
1 cup(s) | coriander leaves, about 25g |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
2 | chili peppers, or 4, depends on your taste |
1 tsp | salt |
2 tbsp | vinegar, e.g. apple vinegar |
2 tbsp | water |
½ tsp | sugar |
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Season to taste, using salt, sugar and vinegar.Note:
This chutney can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week. Tastes very good as a starter with Indian bread, but we like it also with potato wedges or vegetable sticks.
