Ingredients

1 cup(s) mint leaves, about 25g
1 cup(s) coriander leaves, about 25g
1 clove(s) garlic
2  chili peppers, or 4, depends on your taste
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar, e.g. apple vinegar
2 tbsp water
½ tsp sugar

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Season to taste, using salt, sugar and vinegar.

Note:
This chutney can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week. Tastes very good as a starter with Indian bread, but we like it also with potato wedges or vegetable sticks.
