Mini bacon frittata recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | cornstarch |
300 ml | milk |
2 | eggs |
2 | egg yolks |
200 ml | double cream |
salt | |
chili pepper | |
100 g | grated cheese |
100 g | fried bacon bits |
some | dill |
Instructions
Grease a mini muffin tin and spread some bacon bits and a small piece of dill in each cup.Mix the cornstarch with a little milk until smooth, stir in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the remaining milk and all the other ingredients and mix well.
Fill 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for approximately 20 minutes, then remove the muffins carefully from the tin.
Serve warm or cold.
