1 | low fat pie crust |
1 jar(s) | mincemeat, see database |
4 medium | apples, diced |
100 ml | fresh orange juice |
2 medium | eggs, whites only, lightly beaten |
60 g | brown sugar |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Prepare pie crust.
In medium bowl, mix mincemeat, diced apples, orange juice, and egg whites. Stir in sugar and also sprinkle pie shell with a small amount of sugar.
Spoon in the filling and bake for about 45 minutes.
