Instructions
Cream together shortening and sugar and blend well. Add the eggs and beat until smooth.Add all dry ingridients and mix well. Stir in the mincemeat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter on greased cookiesheet. Make sure to leave about 5 cm room between each one as they will spread out while baking.
Bake at 200°C for 10 – 12 minutes.
