Ingredients
1 kg | minced meat, pork and beef |
4 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
3 | onions, chopped |
5 | eggs |
1 tbsp | mustard |
1 large can(s) | mushrooms, sliced |
1 large can(s) | peas, drained |
salt and pepper | |
curry powder | |
paprika powder. | |
butter |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a bowl, mix together the minced meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, mushrooms and peas. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and paprika. Knead until well combined.
Fill the mixture into a buttered cake tin and flatten. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
Serve with potatoes and a salad.
