Minced beef with red pepper salsa recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped, sauteed |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
⅛ tsp | soy sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
For the salsa: | |
1 | red bell pepper, deseeded, chopped |
2 large | tomatoes |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix ingredients for the beef together and shape into 4 burgers.Heat BBQ grill and cook burgers 5 minutes on each side.
For the salsa combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
