Minced beef with fried rice recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
400 g | rice |
3 medium | eggs, beaten |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
100 g | peas |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar and salt and pepper. Stir well and set aside.Cook rice until tender and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over low heat.
Cook eggs about for about 45 seconds, stirring constantly, until set. Then transfer eggs to a bowl.
Add beef and saute for a 2-3 minutes, then add peas, garlic and onion. Sauté about 3 minutes, stirring and cook until browned.
Increase heat to high and add cooked rice, eggs and soy sauce mixture. Sauté for about 1 minute, until heated through.
