Minced beef and black bean noodles recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | minced beef |
350 g | noodles |
2 tbsp | black bean sauce |
1 tbsp | hoisin sauce |
60 ml | vegetable broth |
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
200 g | broccoli, trimmed, cut into chunks |
4 | green onion, chopped |
200 g | beansprouts, chopped |
1 tsp | dried coriander leaves |
Instructions
Combine black bean sauce, hoisin sauce and stock in a bowl.Place noodles in a bowl with warm water and stand for 3 minutes. Drain and separate noodles.
Heat a wok over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons oil and add broccoli and green onion to wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes . Add noodles, and sauce mixture . Cook, tossing, until heated through.
To serve, spoon into serving bowls and top with beansprouts and coriander.
