Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
230 g | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
⅛ tsp | curry powder |
240 ml | water |
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Sauté beef in butter on low heat. Stir in onion and curry powder and fry until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper.Preparation time:
