Minced beef and vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
some | olive oil |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 | carrots, peeled, diced |
1 stalks | celery, diced |
3 medium | tomatoes, chopped |
2 medium | potatoes, peeled, diced |
½ tsp | dried basil |
1 ½ l | water |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Brown beef in oil in a larke skillet, 5 minutes. Add the onion and cook 5 minutes longer.Add all the remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
