Ingredients
250 g | lean beef mince |
1 | carrot, sliced |
1 | spring onion, sliced |
2 cup(s) | beef stock |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Season the mince meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
In a saucepan, heat the butter and cook the mince meat over medium heat. Mash with a fork and cook until the meat is brown and crumbly. Add the spring onion and carrot and cook for 5 more minutes. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for at least 10 more minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with bread.
