|500 g||minced beef|
|1 tsp||vegetable oil|
|200 g||mushrooms, sliced|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|60 ml||white wine|
|300 ml||double cream|
|1 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|350 g||egg noodles|
|fresh parsley, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsHeat oven to 180°C. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place beef in a large skillet and season with salt and pepper. Brown beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Drain fat and set beef aside.
In same skillet heat oil over low until hot. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream and mustard. Stir until well combined. Return beef to skillet.
Place noodles in a casserole dish and pour beef mixture over noodles. Stir until coated.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
