Ingredients
400 ml | condensed milk |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
125 tsp | salt |
350 g | shredded coconut |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and line two baking sheets with baking parchment paper or lightly grease; set aside.Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets about 2 cm apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
