Ingredients
1 ½ l | milk |
10 medium | eggs |
400 g | sugar |
2 tsp | lemon extract |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Boil milk in a double boiler.
Blend together eggs, sugar and lemon extract.
Add milk to the blended mixture and pour into a baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes. Let pudding cool at room temperature, about 2 hours.
Once completely cooled, flip upside down and serve on a platter.
