Ingredients
255 g | chocolate chips |
2 tbsp | butter, unsalted |
70 g | whipping cream |
90 g | cocoa, unsweetened |
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Add cream and stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 6 hours.Place cocoa in a bowl and set aside.
