Mild curry powder recipe details
Ingredients
4 tbsp | coriander seeds |
4 tbsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | black mustard seeds |
4 tsp | turmeric |
1 tsp | chilli powder |
1 tsp | ground ginger |
Instructions
Dry-fry the seeds in a heavy-based saucepan, over a low heat, for 1-3 minutes until fragrant, set aside and allow to cool completely.Once cool, grind to powder and mix with turmeric, chilli powder and ground ginger.
Makes about 12 tablespoons. Store in an airtight container. Easily keeps 3 months.
