Ingredients
Serves: 15- 1/3 cup margarine
- 12 ounces peanut butter
- 12 ounces powdered sugar
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. In a microwavable bowl, combine the margarine, peanut butter, and sugar. Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour into 9×12-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
2. In that same microwavable bowl, combine the oil and the chocolate. Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread over peanut butter mixture.
3. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
