2 | tomatoes, peeled, seeds removed, diced |
6 | spring onions, finely chopped |
2 | red hot chili pepper, seeded and chopped |
2 tbsp | lime juice |
1 tbsp | cilantro, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |

Instructions
In a bowl mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in tomatoes, onions, lime juice and chili and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve garnished with cilantro sprigs.
