20 g chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin, ground
1 ½ tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper, ground
2 tsp salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Store in an airtight container.

Use this rub on chicken, ribs or fish before grilling.
