Ingredients

400 g pasta
1 glass(es) mayonnaise
1  green bell pepper, diced
½ large can(s) kidney beans
½ large can(s) corn
2  spring onions, sliced
salt and cayenne pepper
120 ml single cream
curry powder
turmeric
sweetener

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cream and spring onions. Stir in all the vegetables and the pasta and mix well. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, curry powder, turmeric and sweetener.

Allow to steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
